When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within one working day.

Where can I find my tracking number?
You will automatically receive the tracking number via email 1-3 working days after placing your order.

 How long does delivery take?
The following factors have an influence on the shipping time:
- When was the order placed?
- Which country do you deliver to?
- What was ordered?

We ship your order from our German or, if there is a high demand, from our international shipping warehouses. Therefore the average shipping time is:
- Germany 7-20 working days
- Austria 7-20 working days
- Switzerland 7-20 working days

How do I contact support?

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
Subsequent changes to the order can be made within 24 hours. Just write to our support.

We can change the following details for you afterwards:
- Shipping information
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your telephone number

Cancellation:
- You should contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- We cannot cancel an order that is already on the way.

Why should I order from you?
Our products are unique. You won't find them in local stores or other online stores.

What if the product arrives damaged? 
If the product is damaged, you should report the damage to us within 14 days of ordering. We will bear the costs for the new product within the period. 

In this case you should send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We ask you to report the damage within 24 hours of delivery of your order. Otherwise we cannot consider the complaint.
